A Shocker: Partisan Thought Is Unconscious

This is discouraging and helps explain the polarization and tribalization of politics worldwide.

When politics enters the brain, the freaky-deaky portions are excited and the logic portions are left wanting. That lack of “cold reasoning” explains the Right’s bizarro hatred of Clinton and the Left’s bizarro hatred of Bush.

How Many Divisions Has the Caliph?

Remember the ironically prophetic Cold War Kremlin quote “How many divisions does the Pope have?”. Is the West now in the Kremlin’s shoes? This analysis asks should and could the Caliphate be reunited?

Princess Juliana International St. Marteen- ANTILLES Landing Pictures

In addition to that collection of photos, this is still the most infamous landing, as it took out the fence.

This video of what happens to cars behind a 747 will give you an idea of the power involved.

My Mother-in-law lives on the hill above the airport. After work, we swim at Sunset Beach, in the runway’s path. There is web cam at the Sunset Beach Bar, where the entertainment is watching the sun go down and watch tourists get blown into the ocean.. After you sign in, choose the Roof Cam, then choose PLIA Airport in the drop-down dialog box to see the action.

Here these videos shot from the Sunset Beach Bar gives you an idea as to just how close you are to the action.

And if you choose to stand on the beach in the flight path.

Flit(tm): Hard Kill v Soft Kill in Iran

We don’t have the intelligence to know if we have time for a Soft Kill.

The only way that we found out about, Iraq’s and Iran’s programs was from defectors not the IAEA. Likewise Libia revealed their nuclear program, only after a nuclear shipment, which was bound for Kadafi, was discovered when a French Warship intercepted a Korean vessel.
